Directions are for a single serving. Increase ingredients by the number of cups desired for additional servings.

Step 1

Pour one teaspoon of Edna’s Coffee into an empty coffee pot. Add half teaspoon of sugar (or more to your liking), and one “Demitasse” cup of water.

Step 2

Stir and then allow coffee to rise (be careful not to spill coffee when coffee rises).

Step 3: (if more than two servings)

After the first time the coffee rises, pour some of the coffee half way into cups. Then return the remaining amount of coffee onto the stove. Allow coffee to rise once more, then pour the rest into the cups.
