Edna’s Coffee Return Policy

At Edna’s Coffee, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our products.

Due to the nature of coffee and food safety standards, we only accept returns on unopened bags of coffee.

Return Guidelines

  • Coffee must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase

  • Opened or used bags cannot be returned or exchanged

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.
